Cut-blow-molding machine workflow:
- The blow-molded bottle is placed on the conveyor belt. When the machine is in the automatic state, when the material detection switch detects that there is material, the equipment starts to run.
- The product enters the turntable tooling through the conveyor belt. The cylinder is pressed in for the first time, and then the cylinder is pressed in for the second time to ensure that the length of the bottle is consistent and the product qualification rate is high.
- After the second positioning is completed, there is a cutter cylinder action to cut
- After cutting, turn to the next position to blow out the finished product with air
- This equipment is positioned by servo indexing, the position is precise, the positioning is fast and efficient, and it uses 5 stations, which saves tooling costs and reduces idle travel compared to the previous 8-station machines.
- This equipment has accurate counting of qualified products, and has advanced and practical functions such as material jam stop alarm, product counting and sub-packaging, and delayed shutdown without material.
- The equipment adjustment operation is simple, the single-piece speed is fast, and the requirements for the operator are low. It is a good helper to save manpower and material resources, and the investment is small and the return is fast.
